Jumping Crocs
You can go on a tour of the Adelaide River in a boat with sides that are far too low and watch the guides encourage crocodiles to jump out of the water! I promise it's fun, I didn't die when I went 15 years ago!
Crocosaurus Cove
An easily accessible crocodile park right in the city! You can learn about the crocs and the story behind each (including their celebrity croc, Burt, who starred in Crocodile Dundee), and you can top off your experience by swimming with the crocs.

Make Your Own Gin
Brisbane Distillery has a Gin School! First you do a tasting session to help you build the flavour profile you're looking for, then you select your botanicals and distill your own gin. What's not to love?
This is a two hour experience, so why not make it a lunch date + private time afterwards?
