GENERAL TERMS
• Your booking begins when we meet.
• It is a condition of receiving service that you shower when asked. If your shower is deemed inadequate and your hygiene is still questionable, you will be asked to take another, still on your time. I do not require clients to be clean shaven, just well washed; paying particular attention to areas that will have my mouth and nose near or on them.
• If you choose to conclude the session early, you do not get a partial refund.

VACCINATIONS AND TRAVEL
I require that clients submit proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status before agreeing to a booking. Clients must not request a booking while they are being required to isolate or quarantine, either after international or interstate travel or after being notified that they have been exposed. Clients may be required to submit to a rapid antigen test upon arrival.

UNAVAILABLE SERVICES
• Unreasonable outfit requests, such as attire inappropriate for a public setting requested for a social outing, or heavy/latex attire during a hot day.
• Natural sex or natural anal sex.
• Unreasonable time frames, such as requesting multiple sessions in a half hour booking, or multiple services that require a lot of preparation -- be reasonable about your own abilities and mine.

DEPOSITS
A deposit will be required to secure your booking. Your deposit is not refundable if you cancel the date as I have set this time aside just for the two of us. If I need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future date (this is only allowed for one reschedule). Mitigating circumstances may be considered at my discretion, and will result in a reschedule, but not a refund. If you have paid a deposit for a longer date, and wish to shorten it due to time constraints last minute (within 48hr of the booking, or one week of a tour); you are obliged to either pay the original full fee for the longer booking (and go through with the shorter one), or you may reschedule the longer date. SCREENING
It is a requirement that all clients submit to screening. The process will differ depending on whether you are at a residence or a hotel, or if you are coming to my location in bookings outside of Victoria. This information will not be retained past the end of our date. If I have not asked you for screening information, it is likely that I have already found out who you are. If you do not submit to screening, I will unfortunately not be seeing you. Screening may consist of:
• An ID check;
• References from other providers you have seen within the last eight months to account for your good behaviour. You will need to send their name, phone number, and a link to their advertising, as well as an approximate date you saw them last and who they know you as;
• Proof of address if you are requesting an outcall to a residence;
• Proof of hotel booking or AirBnB booking if you are requesting an outcall to a hotel.
I may ask for additional or different things, but please understand that this is for my safety, and your information will be treated with the utmost respect and security.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Overnight Bookings
An overnight booking generally consists of 14-16 hours together, with a minimum of six hours sleep. Please note that an overnight booking does not mean that we will do every single service I may offer; if you have specific requests, you must address them with me beforehand or risk not being able to enjoy them. Some activities require equipment, preparation, costumes, or consumables that I do not bring to every booking as standard.
The sleeping portion of our time together is firm. This means that during that six hour period, clients are not to attempt to perform sexual acts upon me at all, as someone who is asleep cannot consent. This may be different in a long term partnership with agreed upon consent, but please try to remember that this is a date. You are of course permitted to cuddle me! Unfortunately, if you attempt to inappropriately engage at any point during the time I am asleep, I will immediately end the date and we will part.

Submissive Bookings
I do not take bookings of a submissive nature with new clients. There are no exceptions to this. I am not a pro sub; I am not prepared to have someone crossing my boundaries in such a manner, and need to ensure I can trust anyone who is after submissive bookings. You must have had two prior bookings with me of an hour or longer, and I reserve the right to refuse submissive services if I don't believe those bookings have proven you are someone with whom I would undertake this service.

Anal Bookings
I am not currently taking clients for this service, but I have regulations for when I decide to add it back on to my service list.
Whilst I have offered anal sex as a service, this is, unfortunately, dependent on size. I will not agree to receive an image from you, and any images sent under the pretext of "I thought you would want to know what you might be dealing with" will result in the termination of any communications. If you are happy to have the anal sex turned down and your extra money refunded, book with me! If you are only content to see me if anal sex is involved and you are worried that your size may result in being turned down, perhaps see another provider. Extremely rough anal sex and gaping is not ever permitted.
Notice is required so that I can prepare for your booking. Anal is only permitted in bookings of one hour or more.

Fly Me To You Bookings
FMTY bookings come with the expectation that the client pays for all transportation and accommodation fees incurred before the date, as well as a deposit for the appointment itself. A minimum of three hours is expected for a FMTY request domestically, and 24 hours internationally. There is a preference for clients who have seen me before for at least one hour, but I will take FMTY bookings with new clients upon request, provided that they submit to the screening I ask of them. The time frame must be realistic, and the requested date for domestic travel must be a minimum of 48 hours forward from the time the deposit clears into my account, in order for me to organise my personal affairs before I leave. If you are requesting my presence internationally, I will require at least a month's notice.

Reviews
I have a very particular stance on reviews. If I have provided you with service that you believe is poor, I invite you to provide a review, but I would also ask you to identify your handle for such so that I may have right of reply. If you would like to provide me with a neutral or positive review, I would ask that you try to keep the erotica to a minimum, and that you don't list it on Punter Planet. I absolutely see clients who are members of that website, but I do not wish for reviews there, as I am opposed to their rather unsavoury culture. I may post your review here, on my website, if you give permission.

Travel Considerations
Outcalls whilst outside of my home city may attract a travel fee; the amount will depend on your distance from my location. This is paid in addition to the deposit to ensure my arrival at our booking. All travel and accommodation charges are to be paid by you for FMTY bookings. Outcalls in the Darwin or Palmerston area do not attract an addition fee, but other locations will.

GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Several behaviours are completely unacceptable during a booking, and will result in immediate termination of your service with no refund. Many will also mean a police report and calling my security to assist me in detaining you for the authorities, or escorting me safely off the premises. I reserve the right to refuse a booking during any point of the booking process if you make me uncomfortable, and to end a booking at any time due to any of the following circumstances.
• Condom tampering is dangerous and illegal behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to: stealthing (removal of the condom without the consent of all parties), deliberately breaking the condom, or compromising the integrity of the condom intentionally in any way. If this occurs during a booking, service will immediately be ceased, and a statement will be made to police. Stealthing is now a crime punishable by law, coming under sexual assault laws.
• Filming or photography without having gained consent beforehand. I charge for images of me during bookings, and do not allow filming to take place at all; this means that there will be no consent given for those things, and any images or video taken of me during the booking are classed as "revenge porn". When discovered, this will result in immediate cessation of the booking, seizure of the equipment, and a phone call to police who will come and review any footage or images taken.
• Pushing boundaries and ignoring "no": If I must ask you more than once to stop an activity that I do not like, that will be taken as ignoring my boundaries. Consent is important at all times, and if it is constantly pushed, then the booking will be stopped and we will part ways. You will not receive a refund, as you should understand basic "no means no". This also includes attempting to touch me when I cannot consent to it, like when I'm asleep or intoxicated. If you require a lesson on this before our booking, please let me know. Furthering this to the point of rape will mean a call to police.
• Theft: Attempting to take back the money you used to pay me is considered theft, and it is classed legally as rape by deception. Rifling through my belongings is also unacceptable. These will result in a ban, and a call to the police.
• Property damage on purpose will result in an immediate call to the police, and we will part without a refund.
• Non-disclosure of an STI: I will see clients who have an STI at my discretion, depending on the STI and how it's managed. If you turn up with open sores that you did not inform me of, I will cease the booking, and you will not receive a refund.
• Non-payment of funds: If you turn up to a booking with the incorrect amount of money, I will either turn you away at the door after taking the cancellation fee, or hold the cash and send you to an ATM to fetch the rest. This ensures you'll come back, but I may also charge an additional fee for wasting my time if this causes your booking to go over time - otherwise, the time wasted will simply be taken off your booking duration. If you extend the booking, or overstay, you will need to pay the remaining. You can do that immediately following the booking (by getting cash out of an ATM), during the booking (with an instant transfer), or in the days following. If you refuse, or ignore my follow up messages, I can and will take it to the police and to my lawyer to pursue you for stolen services.
• Deception: If I have previously stated that you are not a client I wish to see, and you attempt to book me with different details, I will terminate the booking and take it to the police. This is rape by deception.
